About the Mural Service

Anna Speirs is a Perth-based fine artist with over a decade of experience in fine art.

She is currently expanding her practice to include custom wall murals for interior spaces and selected exterior projects.

Her murals are not limited to botanical or animal subjects.

While nature often influences her visual language, Anna works across a broad range of themes, including abstract, decorative, figurative, and contemporary concepts.

Every mural is designed specifically for the space and the client.

MY Process/
How to Book a Mural

  1. Initial Consultation
    We discuss your wall, space, style preferences, and ideas. You can share photos of your room, building, or outdoor wall, and we explore colour palettes, mood, and overall concept.

  2. Concept Development
    I create sketches on paper and digitally to explore composition, layout, and design ideas. This stage allows you to see the overall flow and style before any painting begins.

  3. Colour Mock-Ups
    I develop colour versions of the selected design to suit your interior or exterior environment.

  4. Visual Placement in Your Space
    Using a photo of your wall or interior, I place the design digitally so you can visualise the mural in your own space before painting starts.

  5. Design Approval
    We refine the final concept, including details, colours, and size. Once approved, we schedule the painting phase.

  6. Painting On-Site
    I paint the mural directly on your wall using professional-quality paints. For outdoor walls, UV-resistant or weatherproof paints are used.

  7. Protection & Finishing
    I can apply protective coatings if desired, including an anti-graffiti finish for exterior walls.

  8. Aftercare Instructions
    I provide guidelines for cleaning and maintaining your mural to ensure it lasts beautifully for years.

To prepare an accurate quote, the following information is required:

  • Wall measurements (height and width)

  • Surface type (rendered wall, brick, concrete, fencing, etc.)

  • Photographs of the space, if available (send: annaspeirsart@gmail.com)

  • An approximate budget range, if known

Pricing remains flexible and can be adapted to suit different budgets while maintaining a refined and considered result.

Project timelines vary depending on size and complexity:

  • Small murals: approximately 2–3 days

  • Medium to large murals: 2–4 weeks

A more accurate timeframe is provided once project details are confirmed.

They are not finished murals or hand-painted works, but exploratory concepts created to communicate style, mood, and composition.

All final murals are hand-painted and uniquely designed for each specific space, based on the chosen concept and client input. Clients are welcome to use these studies as inspiration or to share their own references during the design process.
